We have a proven track record of providing solutions for some of the most difficult and challenging water. Our water treatment solutions are applied to key applications for:
An efficient solution for wastewater treatment or water recycling, membrane filtration improves secondary effluent quality and results in new opportunities for wastewater reuse. Our systems can help you achieve zero liquid discharge.
Located in the south of India, Veerapandi Common Effluent Treatment Plant sought a new filtration system to meet a government mandate to achieve zero liquid discharge for industrial wastewater.

When Egypt instituted new environmental regulations prohibiting wastewater discharge, the Egyptian Ethylene and Derivatives Company, the largest polyethylene production facility in Egypt, was determined to implement zero liquid discharge (ZLD). Aria Filtra was the pretreatment step to the ZLD system delivered through the Aria FLEX™ membrane filtration system. The Aria Filtra system’s capability of treating the challenging feed water, which is a composite mix of treated effluent and water from The River Nile, was a driving factor in its selection.

Aria Filtra’s wastewater treatment systems are fully automated. They comprise standardized, modular components available for various capacities and can be tailored with optional features to site-specific requirements and for space restrictions. This approach makes it possible to provide custom-made solutions at an attractive price with low cost of ownership.
An operating mine in remote Nevada experienced a pit flood as a result of groundwater recharge. More than 40 million gallons of water flooded the open pit, bringing mine operations to a halt. An immediate, robust solution was needed to resume operations at the mine.

Minera San Xavier, a subsidiary of New Gold Inc., has a gold mine that was closed and in reclamation. To enable the mining operation to produce permeate for leach pad rinsing, eliminate salts from process solution and avoid the use of well water, the company needed a mobile temporary deployment of microfiltration (MF) and high-recovery reverse osmosis (RO).

Aria Filtra's microfiltration (MF) membrane systems provide consistent high-quality water. Whether water is needed for plant make-up or as feed to reverse osmosis (RO) systems, we provide a wide range of influent water sources and water quality.
A large European power plant needed a reliable source of water to feed their demineralizing unit. The existing conventional groundwater treatment technology was unable to provide stable water quality.

Pulp and paper industry leaders are looking beyond incremental improvements. New corporate policies have shifted to align with objectives of global stewardship such as those in the 2015 Paris Agreement and other international treaties. As a result, mills are seeking to drastically reduce their carbon footprint and rethink their water use.

The treated water from cooling tower blowdown (CTBD) can be recycled as cooling tower make-up water, reused as boiler feed, discharged, or used as waste stream reduction for zero liquid discharge (ZLD). CTBD offers you the best opportunity to turn efficiency into savings.
A Belgian municipal water supplier, TMVW saw an emerging market for the valorization of surface water and an opportunity to expand into the industrial water supply industry. TMVW decided to create Induss II, a fully integrated water production site in the port of Ghent to serve surrounding industrial customers with water.
